Phase 2 is the conversion phase and is precisely described in your personal plan. Phase 2 lasts a minimum of 14 days.
From there you move on to phase 2b where you will add more foods, fats and other elements to your diet.
You will stay in phase 2 until you have achieved your goals. From there, you will move into Phase 3 for 4 weeks, and then into Phase 4 (the maintenance phase).
The goal is to continue applying the rules you have learned for the rest of your life.

So you’ll be eating real food, because your plate will be colored with the 3 macronutrients, protein, complex carbohydrates (vegetables, greens and fruits) and natural fats from food.
We recommend that you eat as many foods from your list as possible since each of them has been identified to fill your nutritional gaps.
Your personal nutritional plan is not the result of chance since it was developed from your blood results and your medical history. Your plan is as unique as your fingerprint.
The foods have been selected to optimize your metabolism. Of course, you are completely in control of what you choose to eat.
We often find that participants discover many new favorite foods that they love.
If you stick to your plan, you will eat the right amount of food to sustain you. At the end of each meal, you will be satisfied with the recommended energy foods. You won’t starve!
Between meals, you’ll feel clear-headed and focused by drinking the calculated amount of water.
Many participants report feeling better than they have in years. If you are tired in the evening during the first days of the conversion/detox phase, give yourself some rest and go to bed earlier.
