Good morning Gisele, I just wanted to take the time to provide this re-cap and commentary about my journey thus far with you and the Nutrivida program :)After more than a year from being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and having to address this health issue quite seriously, I made diet and lifestyle changes to support my life's overall improvement.I removed literally all sugar content (except natural sugars of course within foods) and greasy foods, heavy carbs, rich foods and many other bad eating habits I had in order to get the Diabetes under control apart from the medication I was prescribed daily. At that point I had lost a considerable amount of weight - I started at 275 lbs in October 2020 and after a year I was able, through these changes, drop approximately 25-30 lbs, but I still wasn't feeling well enough in my own skin and overall well-being was poor. You can expect to lose 5-8% of your body weight in the first 16 days. Then an average of 1-2% of your total body weight per week.
You start with phase 1, which lasts two days and is the essential preparation for metabolic change.

Phase 2 is the conversion phase and is precisely described in your personal plan. Phase 2 lasts a minimum of 14 days.

From there you move on to phase 2b where you will add more foods, fats and other elements to your diet.

No, the programs offered by GiNutrivida for hormone regulation and weight loss are based on low glycemic load diets.

So you’ll be eating real food, because your plate will be colored with the 3 macronutrients, protein, complex carbohydrates (vegetables, greens and fruits) and natural fats from food.

We recommend that you eat as many foods from your list as possible since each of them has been identified to fill your nutritional gaps.

Your personal nutritional plan is not the result of chance since it was developed from your blood results and your medical history. Your plan is as unique as your fingerprint.

The foods have been selected to optimize your metabolism. Of course, you are completely in control of what you choose to eat.

We often find that participants discover many new favorite foods that they love.

If you stick to your plan, you will eat the right amount of food to sustain you. At the end of each meal, you will be satisfied with the recommended energy foods. You won’t starve!

Between meals, you’ll feel clear-headed and focused by drinking the calculated amount of water.

Many participants report feeling better than they have in years. If you are tired in the evening during the first days of the conversion/detox phase, give yourself some rest and go to bed earlier.

We will stay closely connected during Phase 2 so I can monitor how you are feeling and make sure you get the best results.

Your body needs time and rest to digest. Any snack would disrupt this metabolic process and lead to food cravings. We also want to keep insulin levels as low as possible. Therefore, we recommend that you take a five-hour break between meals.
