Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of pure coconut milk (unsweetened, from the can)
  2. 1/2 zucchini (chopped, frozen)
  3. 1/4 cup of frozen cauliflower
  4. 1/2 cup of frozen red berries
  5. 1/4 avocado
  6. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  7. 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powde

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
